PUNCH CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please ask for your Punch Card with every qualifying service.

Punch Cards cannot be combined. All punches must be accumulated on the same card in order to qualify for rewards and discounts.

If your Punch Card is lost or forgotten, you may request a replacement card; however, punches from multiple cards cannot be combined or transferred.

Only one Punch Card may be used per customer toward rewards and discounts.

Please keep your Punch Card in a safe place and present it at each visit.
