Do I have to pay in advance?
No. At DHAND Car Wash, payment is made directly at the location.
• For The One Service and Two Service, you pay as you would for a regular car wash.
• For an interior, exterior, or full detail, you first inspect your finished vehicle and then pay!

Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. You can call or text us at least 24 hours in advance at (720) 459-1209.

What time should I drop off my vehicle?
• Interior Detailing: If you wish to pick up your car the same day, please bring it before 2:00 p.m.
• Exterior or Full Detailing: You must leave your car no later than 10:00 a.m.
These hours allow us to provide you with a complete, hassle-free service.

We will call you when your vehicle is ready.
It is generally between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Is the online price the final price?
Not necessarily. The published prices are only base prices. The final price may change depending on:
• The size of the vehicle
• The condition of the interior or exterior
• The color of the car (dark colors require more work)
That's why it's necessary to see your vehicle in person to give you an accurate and fair quote.
